Philosophy

Every time I teach, I learn.

Successful teaching sessions requires constant connection between the teacher and the student. I believe that a teacher must be engaging and the student must be engaged. To keep students engaged, the teacher must prepare a purposeful teaching material before every private sessions—knowing that there are two possibilities of result; successfully covered all teaching materials or the opposite. The result depends on how engaged the student is. In order to keep students engaged teachers must constantly try to understand the student’s character, attitude, personality, mindset, and intellect. Every teaching session is different and every student is unique to their own learning styles. Teaching needs a lot of creativity and spontaneity, it is not monotonous. Therefore I believe that “Every time I teach, I learn.”
